Our Story

Silver Compass re-emerged in the year 2018 by Holloway siblings Freedom and Vincent, to present the refined edition of The Wanaka Ring. Wanaka has been a special part of the siblings lives and they are honoured to have designed a ring that acknowledges the land of Wanaka and its surroundings. The Wanaka Ring is the start of a collection of unique New Zealand town rings, the purpose of each ring to pay tribute to the land New Zealanders and visitors walk on.
